Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Plugin Pros, download our plugins, or purchase a paid product.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plugin Pros website, our WordPress plugins, and any paid products we sell. By using the site, downloading a plugin, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the products.
1. Who we are
Plugin Pros publishes WordPress plugins and related documentation from this website.
- Website: pluginpros.co
- Email: contact@pluginpros.co
- WordPress.org profile: https://profiles.wordpress.org/sakibbd08/
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and services
We may offer:
- Free WordPress plugins distributed on this site and/or WordPress.org.
- Documentation, demos, and support resources.
- Paid products, licenses, add-ons, or related services sold through this website in the future.
Features, availability, and pricing can change. Descriptions on this site are for information; they are not a guarantee that a specific feature will remain available in every version.
3. Free plugins and WordPress.org
Plugins listed on WordPress.org are subject to WordPress.org guidelines and, unless a file says otherwise, a GPL-compatible license. Your rights under that license are not limited by these Terms. Our author profile is profiles.wordpress.org/sakibbd08.
Free software is provided as-is. You are responsible for backing up your site, testing updates, and deciding whether a plugin fits your use case.
4. Purchases and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our paid orders. Paddle handles checkout, billing, invoices, receipts, sales tax/VAT, and payment processing.
When you buy a paid product:
- You are buying from Paddle as Merchant of Record, and you also receive a license or access from Plugin Pros to use the product.
- Prices at checkout may include applicable taxes as calculated by Paddle.
- You must provide accurate billing information and are responsible for authorized use of your payment method.
- A confirmed payment is required before we grant or continue paid access, unless we agree otherwise.
5. 14-day return policy
If Plugin Pros sells a paid product, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked for that first purchase window.
- The 14-day period starts on the date Paddle records the transaction.
- To request a return, email us at the address below with the email used at checkout and your Paddle receipt or order number. You may also contact Paddle using the support link on your receipt.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 14 days of approval.
- After a refund, your paid license or access may be revoked. You must stop using the paid product and remove it if we ask you to.
- This policy applies to paid Plugin Pros products. Free WordPress.org plugins have no purchase price, so there is nothing to refund — you can simply stop using them.
- Renewals, duplicate purchases, chargebacks, or abuse (for example, requesting a refund after the 14-day window while keeping access) may be declined, except where a law gives you a mandatory right.
If consumer law in your country gives you a longer or different cancellation right, that law still applies. This 14-day policy is our standard return promise for paid products and does not reduce those rights.
6. License to use paid products
Unless a product ships with a different license (including GPL for WordPress plugins), a paid purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use that product for your own sites or business, within any seat, site, or plan limits shown at checkout or in the product documentation.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute a paid product except as allowed by its license (for example, GPL). You may not circumvent license checks or share license keys in public.
7. Support
We provide reasonable support through our website contact form and email. We do not guarantee a specific response time or that every customization or third-party conflict can be resolved. WordPress.org forum support, if offered, follows WordPress.org rules.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or products, including by attempting to break security, overloading our services, sending spam through our forms, or using our software for unlawful activity. You are responsible for your WordPress site, including backups, hosting, and compatibility with other plugins and themes.
9. Intellectual property
Plugin Pros names, logos, site content, and branding are ours (or our licensors’). Plugin source code is licensed as stated in each plugin’s license file. You may not use our branding in a way that implies we endorse you without permission.
10. Disclaimer
The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Software can contain bugs; test on a staging site before using it on production.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plugin Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that restriction is not allowed.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. For material changes that affect existing paid customers, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice (for example, by email or a site notice). Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
