FAQ
Common questions
Does StayNexus replace my theme?
No. It adds admin screens and a booking shortcode. Your theme still controls the public layout around the booking form.
Do I need a Stripe account to take bookings?
No. Guests can pay at the hotel or follow your bank-transfer instructions. Stripe is only needed if you turn on online card payments.
Do I need Channex?
No. Direct website bookings work on their own. Connect Channex only if you want to sync inventory with OTAs such as Booking.com or Agoda.
Where is guest and booking data stored?
In custom tables in your own WordPress database. Deleted items go to the plugin Trash before they are removed permanently.
